need to be informed. Filling out this form once and printing copies will
save you a lot of time and typing indeed.

We have one chance to get everything right and this will
give you some ideas to make sure we do just that.

This is a really helpful list of things which will need
to be addressed in the days following a death. Things
like canceling papers, returning books etc, the little
things that could easily get overlooked.
